Customs/ Duty

 

I don't take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges/ sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so I advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.

 

Lost/ missing parcels

 

I will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a courier tracking number and proof of postage. I will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.

 

Quarantine checks

 

I don't take responsibility for any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of use, any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase.

 

I'm happy to offer refunds for all full price online orders. Please contact me within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund.

 

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to me safely.

 

Please note that all UK returns need to be sent back within 7 days of me approving the return and 14 days for International returns.

 

Once I have received the item back and it’s been checked I will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs.

 

All sales are final on Sale items and non-refundable unless the item is not as described and major faults have been missed.
